    Cream cheese and cheese have carbs. So yea not no carb recipes

      The carbs they have are minimal, 1g per serving, and they’re not even from sugar. What diet would you be on that is 100% 0 carbs?

    No carbs in cheese if you don’t like something just move on don’t open your uneducated mouth. I’m a power lifter on a no carb, in which I eat cheese, and these are awesome recipes! The brownies give me hope!

    Most of these ingredients do in fact have carbs. It’s very misleading. I hope everyone reads their labels carefully before making any of these recipes!

    none of these are no-carb. each packet of splenda is 1carb, so imagine how much 1/2 cup would be. Cheese also has carbs (usually around 1/oz, chocolate has carbs, even if unsweetened. Probably all low-carb solutions, but NOTn no carb

    I love your recipes! I also use cream cheese a lot (it makes everything better!). So these recipes are already gems to me. And don’t listen to those people who are counting the carbs in the cheese. My brother-in-law was on the Atkins Diet for a long time and lost about 50 pounds – he LIVED ON meats and cheeses the whole time. So what you have done here is nothing short of wonderful – as well as appropriate :)

    Cheese (diary) is classified as a carb. We are just trying to inform those who don’t know. I don’t think that’s being rude.

    That being said, these look like great recipes :)

    Also, you cannot live carb free. Carbs and fats are where we get energy. We just have to get carbs from better sources like cheeses, fruits, and veggies. Some people believe that diary is not good for you, though. Everyone has different views :)
