How does my wristband work?

Through our Ion Health Technology, we infuse seven specific minerals into each LIFESTRENGTH band. Together, these minerals produce more anions than any other performance band on the market. Anions are naturally occurring molecules that scientists refer to as “vitamins of the air”. Preliminary research that we have conducted has indicated that ions may help with overall health and wellbeing.

Can I get my wristband wet?

Yes. Our technology works in water and the products can be hand washed and air dried. Do not machine wash or tumble dry.

How long does my wristband last?

Our products are constructed of high quality materials and designed to withstand daily use. The wristband will hold its optimum effectiveness for approximately 3 years before you need to replace it. Every LIFESTRENGTH™ wristband comes with a lifetime warranty for manufacturer defects.

Can I wear it when I go to bed?

Yes. Many people have told us they wake up feeling more refreshed in the morning.

Can I wear it 24 hours a day?

Yes, but every person is different. Some people prefer to wear their wristbands 24 hours a day while others wear it only while participating in daily activities.

How should my wristband fit? Does it need to touch my skin?

The fit is a personal choice and should be comfortable, but not too tight. LIFESTRENGTH products do not need to touch the skin; however, they need do need to be close. The effective range is from one to three inches from the skin.

Can anyone wear the wristband?

People from all walks of life including small children and the elderly wear LIFESTRENGTH™ products. Because the ions produced by our Ion Health Technology are found abundantly in natural environments, they are safe for nearly everyone. If you feel you are very sensitive to ions, simply remove our product.

What if I have a known silicone or metal allergy?

Some of the minerals we use are metallic in nature. If you have a known metal allergy, do now wear our products. Also, many or our products are made from silicone. If you have a known silicone allergy, do not wear our silicone products.

Why does my wristband have a mylar hologram?

We have included the Mylar hologram piece on our products for official authentication and aesthetic purposes only. There is no technology included in the Mylar piece and it is not charged in any way.

Shipping

Can I add an item to my order after it's been placed online?

Orders cannot be changed after they have been submitted. Please make sure to double-check all of your order information before submitting your order.

Can I change the shipping address on my order after it's placed online?

Will I be charged tax if I place an order on LIFESTRENGTH™.com?

Utah is the only State where residents are subject to sales tax.

How much does shipping cost?

Domestic shipping & handling within the USA is a flat rate of $3.95 via First Class Mail. International shipping & handling is a flat rate of $13.95 to all other countries via USPS. You also have an option for Priority delivery within the USA via USPS for $7.95.

Does the USPS shipping options come with a tracking number?

No. Orders shipping via USPS methods are not assigned tracking numbers. If you are interested in having a tracking number, you may select a UPS shipping option if one is available to you.

How long after my order is placed will it take to ship?

Most orders ship within 1-2 business days from when the order is placed. LIFESTRENGTH™ will notify you via email when your order has shipped.

How do I calculate when my order will arrive to my shipping address?

Depending on when the shipping confirmation email was sent, you can calculate when your order will arrive by associating the shipping date with the shipping method you selected when you place your order.

Do I count the day I placed the order as the first business day?

No. The first business day is the next business day after you placed your order. For example, if you placed your order on Monday, the first business day is Tuesday. If you placed your order on Friday, the first business day is the following Monday, and so forth.

Do you ship to APO / FPO address?

Yes, we do! We offer a flat-rate shipping fee of $2.99 for USPS First Class Mail shipping on your order. If your order is over 1 lb, your order will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail at regular retail price.

Do you ship to P.O. Box's?

Yes, we sure do!

Will my international order have customs or brokerage fees added onto it?

Possibly. Packages that are shipped from one country to another can have brokerage or customs fees added onto them. The person receiving the package is responsible for paying these fees for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. These fees are imposed randomly and at the decision of the specific country and post office that is accepting the package. We have no control over these fees and cannot predict what they may be.

If I haven't opened the product and would like to send it back, can I refuse the package or just write "Return to sender" on it?

Any mail that is refused, or marked "return to sender" or sent "postage due" will have a deduction of that postage amount from any refund. We regret any inconvenience this may cause.

If I am charged any customs/import fees, does LIFESTRENGTH™ pay for that?

LIFESTRENGTH™ is not liable for customs/import fees that may be applied to shipments outside of the US.

We're proud to offer you a lifetime warranty on our products. If your product ever has any manufacturing or workmanship defects, tears in half, or your mylar authentication piece falls out we will replace it for free. We want you to feel confident and secure that when you invest in LIFESTRENGTH™ products, you are wearing the best and most effective products available on the market.

What is the LIFESTRENGTH™ 30 Day Money Back Guarantee?

ONLINE PURCHASES: Your online purchase is backed by our 30 Day Money Back Guarantee. What does the warranty not cover?

It will not cover wear and tear instances, such as the LIFESTRENGTH™ lettering and logo tearing off due to every day normal wear. The warranty does not cover mistreatment or misuse of the product. We reserve the right to refuse warranty replacement if such is the case.

How do I get a lifetime warranty replacement?

Please download the Warranty Exchange Form. Once you fill out the Warranty Exchange Form, just put your broken band and filled out Warranty Exchange form in the mail and send it to:

How do I get the 30 Day Money Back Guarantee?

If you purchased your wristband on our website please Download the Refund Instructions Form for instructions on getting a refund on your purchase. Please note that we do not cover shipping costs for refunds and must be covered by the customer.
